How do I return an item?
 

You can find a store near you to return or exchange in person within 15 days of purchase.  You can always return products at one of our retail stores. Just bring your product, proof of purchase and original packaging into a store within 15 days of your purchase, and we'll provide you with a complete refund. .

Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method. For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Without proof of purchase, you can exchange your purchase or get a store credit based on current selling prices. Remember, products sold "As Is" may not be returned or exchanged.

What is your return policy?

 

Sometimes things just don't work out.  And we completely understand!  

 

If you are not thrilled with your purchase, you've got 15 days from the original purchase date to return your purchased sunglasses in original condition to a Sunnies for a full refund.
 

How long will it take to get my refund?

 

Returning your order to a Sunnies store will allow you to receive your refund within 1 to 3 business days. 

 

You will need to provide a proof of purchase (e.g. digital receipt at the Sunnies Retail store to complete the return and receive your refund on the original payment method.
